Who are your ideal clients?

People who realize they have a problem and are ready to bring about positive change to their life. I also like working with children, because they react so quickly and positively, and with people who have a good diet and few complaints, but want to know more.

How does the consultation work?

When we agree on a consultation, I will send you a detailed questionnaire, which I will study in advance of our meeting. We will then have up to 2 hours in which to discuss what can be improved, and how to do it in a way that would be acceptable and convenient to you.

We will meet again 3-4 weeks later, to see how you got on, what worked better/less well, and how your personal programme can both be enhanced and fine-tuned. In between you can contact me via e-mail for queries.

Further appointments will be set according to your desire, with an average of 3-4 consultations per person.

Virtual consultations follow the same process, except we will speak on the phone rather than meet face to face.

The first consultation, including the questionnaire and a meeting of up to 2 hours costs £65.

Second and further consultations cost £45 pounds.

You can also opt to pay for the first and second consultations in advance, in which case the total cost would be £100 (a 10% reduction on the normal price).

Can Natural Nutrition be combined with other therapies?

Of course. Natural Nutrition creates a better platform for other therapies on which to work. It is no coincidence that all ancient healing systems stress the importance of nutrition as a good basis for other forms of treatment, such as acupuncture, homeopathic remedies, massage or herbal therapy. Natural Nutrition can only improve things. It can also be useful to people using normal drugs and medicines, although it’s always best to work without drugs in the background.

Do you work with other practitioners?

I most certainly do. I have the deepest respect for and appreciation of all forms of ‘alternative medicine’. I find that most alternative therapies share a similar holistic outlook, which is why they work together beautifully, thereby enhancing the healing process many fold. I also find that good alternative medicine practitioners who practice holistically tend to reach similar conclusions, each from his/her own angle.

Personally, I work with practitioners in the field of homeopathy, chiropractics, reiki, healing, remedial yoga, osteopathy, shiatsu, consulting and aromatherapy.
