- Big word, very popular, sells lots,
but what is it exactly? and should you be taking it?

Stress is a notion that’s close to the heart of natural nutrition. Put
simply, all causes of disease can be traced to an unreasonable level of
stress being placed on your body. If stress levels are prolonged and/or
unreasonable, the body loses its ability to rid itself of the rubbish and
rebalance. It becomes a toxin dump, and a perfect breeding ground for
viruses and bacteria.

The question of the soundness of a vegetarian diet comes up again and again.
I can’t avoid feeling that in most people’s minds the word ‘vegetarian’
equates with an unbalanced or unhealthy form of eating. In truth, there is more than one way in which to eat just as
there is more than one way to speak, dress and learn. Meat or no meat, the message is the same.
Any diet, vegetarian or non-vegetarian, must be wholesome, balanced and
individually suited to support your health and functioning to the full.

we have been bombarded by an unequivocal message – ‘Eat Raw Food!’. It’s
rich in nutrients and enzymes, of low calorific value, energizing for our

it’s a good time for resolutions, too, because you want to feel invigorated,
rejuvenated
and motivated to start the new year afresh, and face its challenges with plenty
of energy.

Wouldn’t we all love to have
soft, velvety skin? The desire to possess a perfect, smooth, peachy
complexion has been with us (in particular us females) for as long as we

costly cosmetics and more in internal nourishment. If you treat your body
kindly and nourish it healthily, it will pay you back handsomely with lovely
skin.

insights regarding our bodies, minds, souls and lives. For those who are

Have You Ever Considered a Home Birth?

I have three children and it is fair to say that through their births I have
experienced both extremes of child delivery. It was after the birth of my
second daughter that I felt like climbing on roof tops and shouting to the
world “have a home birth”. Instead, I thought I’d opt for the less laborious
way of writing an article.
