What
Should I Do If I Want My Children to Eat Better?
-
We may be forgiving when it comes to
improving or preventing problems with our own health, but when it comes to
our children we will spare no effort. We want them to be healthy, physically
and mentally, and for good reason. They are our nearest and dearest, and we
are responsible for caring for them since they are not yet able to do so
themselves. Besides, as any parent who has had the experience knows,
it’s no fun having a sick child!

Feeding the Kids - What Really Works
-
When it comes to feeding
our children, we all suddenly tense up, baffled by conflicting information
that often contradicts our gut instincts. And ironically, in inverse
proportion to the amount of information broadcast on the subject, today’s
children go through more processed food than ever and increasingly snub
their noses at the real thing. If you, too, are looking for some
straightforward answers to your dilemmas, check this article.

ADHD et al. (Behavioural Disorders)
In the case of behavioural disorders, my
attitude is categorical. Some foods must be struck off the list,
and some potentially offending foods should be omitted for a while to
assess their effect; there is just no two ways about it. The brain, the
control centre which governs our behaviour, should only be fed premium
food to function optimally.
